Summary This dataset allows for the exploration of the effect of microglial-expressed Apoe knockout in a 5xFAD Alzheimer's Disease model.
 
Overall design Mice hippocampi were sequenced in the following groups at 4 and 12 months of age: 1. Apoe(fl/fl) 2. Apoe(fl/fl) Csf1r-cre 3. Apoe(fl/fl) 5xFAD 4. Apoe(fl/fl) 5xFAD Csf1r-Cre. Microglial-expressed Apoe was knocked out of mice that are homozygous for Apoe(fl/fl) and hemizygous for Csf1r-cre. n=3-8 for each group
