Title Gene expression profiling of hippocampal dentate gyrus in the central nervous system-specific Derlin-1 or Derlin-2 deficient mice
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary To search gene expression change of dentate gyrus in the central nervous system-specific Derlin-1or Derlin-2 mice, we performed genome-wide DNA microarray analysis and compared the expression levels between Derlin-1 or 2 _control and Derlin-1 or 2_KO.

Overall design Mice were sacrificed at 8-9 weeks of age by cervical dislocation and hippocampal dentate gyrus was dissected for DNA microarray analysis.
