Title Prtg+ve Rhombic Lip Ventricular Zone Stem Cells Initiate and Maintain Group 3 Medulloblastoma [human_tumours_bulk]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Total RNA sequencing was performed to understand the transcriptome alterations in Gr3-medulloblastoma lines induced by the indirect interactions of endothelial cells.

Overall design Briefly, Group 3 medulloblastoma PDX (Med-411FH, Med-211FH) and cell lines (D425, MB002) were cocultured on a porous membrane insert (0.4µm) along with HUVEC (Human umbilical vein endothelial cells). The membrane allows the exchange of secreted factors. For the control condition, Medulloblastoma cells were plated alone on the insert. Post 72hrs of incubation, the cells were collected for RNA isolation.
