Overall design |
We analyzed mRNA expression in cerebral cortices from 3 control, 3 Sfpq+/- and 3 Sfpq-/- E13.5 mice embryos using the Affymetrix Mouse Exon 1.0 ST platform. Array data was processed by Affymetrix Exon Array Computational Tool. No techinical replicates were performed.
