Label protocol Biotinylated cDNA was prepared from 50 ng total RNA using Ovation biotin RNA amplification and labeling system.
 
Hybridization protocol Fragmented and biotin-labeled 2.5 µg target in 200 µl hybridization cocktail was used for each Affymetrix U133 Plus 2.0 array.
