Treatment protocol |
Mice were analyzed at steady-state unless indicated. For short-term ex vivo culture and stimulation, CD8a+ DCs were purified by cell sorting and plated in flat-bottom tissue-culture treated plates at a density of 105 per 200 microL; CD8a+ DCs were stimulated with 10 ng/ml GM-CSF (Peprotech) for 24 hours.
