Description RNA-seq from T47D cells treated with E2+R5020_3hr (Replicate 1)
Data processing Single-end 40 bp reads generated on Illumina HiSeq were aligned to the human genome version GRCh37.64 using TopHat v2.0.4 (Trapnell et al., 2009). Read counts were obtained using HTSeq-count v0.5.3p9 (Anders et al., 2014).
Read counts were normalised and tested for differential gene expression using the DESeq5 workflow. Multiple testing correction was applied using the Benjamini-Hochberg method. Genes were selected as differentially expressed such that FDR <0.01.
Genome_build: GRCh37.64
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: HTSeq-count gene counts
