Data processing |
Data was processed and analysed using R statistical software and BioConductor packages. Background corrected signal intensities were variance-stabilized and normlized using the 'vsn' package (Huber, W, von Heydebreck, A., Sueltmann, H., Poustka, A., and Vingron, M. Variance stabilization applied to microarray data calibration and to the quantification of differential expression. Bioinformatics: Vol. 18 suppl. 1 S96-S104 (2002)) .
