Please note that Genepatter, PreprocessData (v5), row normalization function was used to process the data. The software/web server does not indicate the algorithm, however data was processed to eliminate the system variation between samples.
Normalized with housekeeping genes provide in the illumina array. 1.Gene with max expression value smaller than 150 are eliminated, 2. Data are then normalized with house keeping gene value. 3. Genes with max fold change between groups <1.3 is eliminated.
