Source name |
de novo acute myeloid leukemia
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
disease: CN-AML tissue: bone marrow overall survival (months): 13.9 event (1: dead, 0:alive): 0
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
RNA was extracted by TriZol reagent according to manufacturer's instructions.
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
cDNA was amplified (in vitro transcription) to generate biotin labeled cRNA (Ambion) according to manufacturer's instructions.
Hybridization protocol |
cRNA was hybridized to Illumina HumanHT-12 v4 Expression BeadChip according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Scan protocol |
After 14–20 hours hybridization, the BeadChips were stained by Cy3 and were then washed. Intensities of bead fluorescence were detected by Illumina BeadArray Reader, and the results were transformed to numeric values using GenomeStudio v2010.1 software (Illumina).
Data processing |
Expression values were processed with log2 transformation and quantile normalization. The raw data file (Non-normalized_data_.txt) includes instances of null (~100 or fewer per sample ) where the raw signal is not available. The 104 samples were analyzed in ~10 batches. The raw dataset for each batch was obtained from the service provider with values for a range of 47,219-47,317 probes. When raw data for a specific probe was missing from one of the batches, it was annotated with null.
