Treatment protocol |
1*10^6 GSCs were plated on 10cm plastic petri dishes and cultured for 48 hours in 10mls of media and then collected for analysis. Cells were either untreated (-Dox) or treated with 100ng/ml Doxycyline dissolved in deionized water. Treatment duration laster for 48 hours before collection.

Growth protocol |
GSCs were grown in DMEM/F12 without L-Glutamine supplemented with 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin and 1X B27 without vitamin A at 37 ͦC in a humidified incubator supplemented with 5%CO2.
