Description |
Gene expression ratios were obtained by comparing normal human kidney tissue to human kidney tumor tissues. Tumor subtypes include Papillary type 1, and Oncocytoma. Normal and Papillary tissue raw files can be obtained from GSE7023.

The data were analyzed with custom CDF environments created by the MBNI - The version 6 entrez gene ID CDF was used.
