Description MCF7 cells were infected with adenovirus expressing Green Fluorescent protein and A-Myb. After 16 hours, RNA was extracted using a Quiagen RNeasy kit. Targets were produced using standard Affymetrix procedures from about 5ug of total RNA. Initial data analysis was performed using Affymetrix MAS software.
