Epithelium and mesenchyme were separated in 2xCMF. Mesenchymal cells were dissociated by 0.35% collagenase digestion. Cell lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and histone-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. Libraries were prepared according to Illumina's instructions in USC epigenome center
