Description Arabidopsis seeds were surface-sterilized and germinated on the petri plates containing MGRL nutrients supplemented with 0.1% agarose and 1% sucrose. Seedlings were grown for 8-10 days under 16/8 h light/dark cycle at 22ºC (light) or 15ºC (dark). The seedlings were pre-incubated in the fresh MGRL medium in a 48-well microtiter plate for 2 h. One hundred of (GlcNAc)8 was added to the culture medium and incubated for 2h. Total RNA was extracted from the Arabidopsis seedlings using RNeasy Plant Mini kit (QIAGEN).
Data processing The obtained results were analyzed using Rosetta Luminator software (Rosetta Inpharmatics LLC).
