24h after seeding (50%-70% confluence) HuH7 cells were transfected with 10nM antisense oligonucleotide or mock in 6 well plates using lipofectamine (5 ug/ml). After 4 hours media was changed and cells incubated for 20h without antisense oligonucleotide or mock.

HuH7 cells were seeded in 6 well plates with 2,5x10^5 cells/ml in 2ml

Cells were homogenized in Trizol and RNA was extracted according to standard protocols.
