Description H510_2h_1mM_HG-U133A_2_YCHSUP501: Primary epithelial cells from airways of four different healthy individuals were cultivated and grown to full differentiation. Apical sides of the cells were treated with HCLO at different doses (0, 0.4,1, 4mM) for 2 and 6hrs respectively. Total RNA was subjuect to transcriptional analysis.
