Kidney biopsy
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
tissue: glomeruli from kidney biopsy batch: 1
Treatment protocol |
none
Growth protocol |
none
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was isolated using Rneasy kit (Qiagen) following manufacturer's protocol
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from total RNA (Expression Analysis Technical Manual, Affymetrix).
Hybridization protocol |
GeneChip arrays were scanned by GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G according to the Affymetrix Expression Analysis Technical Manual.
Scan protocol |
The data were analyzed using GenePattern pipeline: RMA method and Human Entrez Gene custom CDF annotation version 18 was used for the normalization
Description |
Gene Expression data from the glomeruli of human Minimal Change Disease
Data processing |
Each of the hybridization was normalized seperately and the last sheet contains the batchcorrected data using Combat. Background data was filtered by excluding all genes that did not have at least one expression value exceeding the median plus 2 standard deviations of the Affymetrix negative control expression.
