Human Genome U133+ 2.0 GeneChip® microarrays were hybridized for 16h at 45°C with 15µg fragmented, biotin-labeled cRNA. Arrays were washed and stained using the GeneChip Hybridization, Wash and Stain Kit (Affymetrix) and the Fluidics Station 450 (FS450_0004 script) .

Data processing |
The data was analysed with Bioconductor software package for R using the simpleaffy package (2.16.0-1) and normalisation method was gcrma (slow) with the gcrma package (2.12.1).
