Status Public on May 23, 2019
Title SN152plusFluc3
Sample type SRA

Source name yeast
Organism Candida albicans
Characteristics strain: SN152
tissue: yeast cells
genetic tag: NA
antibody: anti-H3
molecule subtype: Affinity purified DNA
treatment: Fluconazole
Treatment protocol Fluconazole: samples were grown in YEPD overnight and seeded the next day at an OD600=0.1 in YEPD + Fluconazole (10mg/ml). Samples were grown to an OD600=1.0 and harvested.
Pre-spo media: Samples were grown in YEPD overnight and seeded the next day at an OD600=0.1 in pre-spo media. Samples were grown to an OD600=1.0 and harvested.
Growth protocol Samples were grown in YEPD overnight and seeded the next day at an OD600=0.1 in YEPD. Samples were grown to an OD600=1.0 and harvested.
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol ChIP DNA was extracted by bead beater with 0.5mm zirconia beads.  ChIP DNA was isolated by antibodies directed to our proteins of interest (10 mg of anti-Histone H3, 10 mg anti-FLAG M2, or 4 mg of anti-Cse4).  DNA was then isolated by incubation with SDS/proteinase K followed by column purification (Macherey-Nagel Nucleospin Gel Cleanup Columns).
Described in Dumesic et al. Cell 2015
