ImaGene 6.0 software was used to convert optical signals into digital ones and only those spots automatically scored positively in the raw data were used for downstream analysis. Spots with a signal-to noise ratio below 2.0 were removed. And the raw data were then normalized. normalized intensity of each detected genes were list in the table.
