P-values for differential expression statistics were generated and adjusted for multiple hypothesis testing using ExpressionSuite (Thermo Fisher Scientific). All Ct values were normalized to endogenous levels of U6 snRNA. Fold changes were quantified utilizing the Ct method in which all PanIN groups were normalized to the normal group (normal ducts isolated from WT C57BL/6 mice).
