All cell lines were grown at 37ºC and 5%CO2 atmosphere in RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with 10% Fetal Bovine Serum, 100 U/ml penicilln, 1 mg/ml streptomycin. All produced mentioned before were acquired from Gibco, Thermofisher, MA, USA.

| Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted with the GeneJet RNA Purification Kit (Thermo Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA). RNA integrity was analyzed using the 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent, Santa Clara, CA, USA) and the Agilent RNA 6000 Nano Kit (Agilent, Santa Clara, CA, USA). cDNA was generated with the cDNA synthesis system (Agilent, Santa Clara, CA, USA).

All images were normalized with DEVA ver. 12 software (Roche Diagnostic, Basel, Switzerland) for grid alignment and analysis. Normalized data were analyzed using the CLC Main Workbench ver. 7.0.3 software.
