Sample GSM4552432 Query DataSets for GSM4552432
Status Public on May 17, 2021
Title Brain-ND-1#
Sample type SRA

Source name Brain-ND
Organism Drosophila melanogaster
Characteristics strain: Oregon-R
genotype/variation: WT
age: 5days
treatment: normal food diet
tissue: Brain
Treatment protocol The brains and fat body were harvest directly.
Growth protocol Flies were cultured in normal food or high sugar diet for 5d.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol The total RNA was harvested using the RNeasy Mini kit, subjected to poly(A) mRNA isolation, cDNA synthesization, library preparation (NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina, NEB, NEB)
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard NEB protocols.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model HiSeq X Ten

Data processing raw reads were mapped on dm3 genome by TopHat using the default settings. We counted the uniquely mapped reads in the exon regions of genes and calculate the RPKM values of the genes based on these reads.
Genome_build: Drosophila melanogaster genome (r3)
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: RPKM was used to quantify gene expression for each sample
