Data processing |
raw reads were mapped on dm3 genome by TopHat using the default settings. We counted the uniquely mapped reads in the exon regions of genes and calculate the RPKM values of the genes based on these reads. Genome_build: Drosophila melanogaster genome (r3) Supplementary_files_format_and_content: RPKM was used to quantify gene expression for each sample
