Sample GSM4663892 Query DataSets for GSM4663892
Status Public on Oct 01, 2021
Title DE160/DE160-D35-rep2
Sample type SRA

Source name HESC-derived cardiomyocytes
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics disese state: day35 (D35) post cardiac differentiation
genotype: cTnT-DE160 mutation
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total mRNAs were isolated from normal and mutant H7-derived cardiomyocytes on day 14 and day 35 post differentiation using TRIZOL (Invitrogen) according to the directions. Poly(A) RNA was purified from total RNA using the MicroPoly(A)TM kit (Life Technologies).
1 ug of total RNA was enriched for the Poly-A mRNA and reversed to cDNA, which was end-repaired, 3' ends adenylated, and barcoded with multiplex adapters.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2500

Description sample_29
Data processing RNA sequencing reads were quality filtered and processed using the pseudoalignment-based Kallisto algorithm with GRCh37 comprehensive transcript set as reference transcriptome.
