Data processing The data was produced with the intention of being analyzed by several different diagnostic algorithms, each of which employs its own normalization method. Because there is no standard normalization procedure between the different software diagnosis tools, we decided to submit raw intensities that can be used as input to any of the various available programs and independently processed by each.
