Label protocol miRCURY™ LNA Array Power labeling kit.

Hybridization protocol Using Tecan hybridization stations, the hybridization and washing steps are fully automated. The arrays were incubated at 56°C for 16 h.
Scan protocol Arrays were scanned using an Agilent G2505B Microarray Scanner System. The scanning is normally performed with 10 ìm. The sensitivity should be adjusted to 100% PMT. To avoid ozone bleaching, we scanned the microarrays in an ozone-free environment (less than 2 ppb ozone).
Description Labelling, hybridization, washing, scanning and normalisation were performed by Exiqon (Denmark).
Data processing Starting from raw data, the normalisation was made by background subtraction and normalisation with a global Lowess (LOcally WEighted Scatterplot Smoothing) regression algorithm (using ImaGene). This within-slide normalisation was performed to minimize differences between the colors in an intensity-dependent manner.
