HBC, 50nM PMA-treated, 12 hours, rep1 |
Sample type |
SRA |
|
|
Source name |
olfactory epithelium
|
Organism |
Rattus norvegicus |
Characteristics |
tissue: olfactory epithelium cell line: primary dissociation cell type: horizontal basal cell strain: SD time: 12 passage: 7 treatment: 50nM Phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate treated
|
Growth protocol |
HBCs were cultured using our established primary culture HBC culture system (Peterson et al., 2019) with slight modifications to the antibiotic regimen. Instead of utilizing Penicillin-Streptomycin, we used Primocin (100 μg/ml final concentration) and anti-mycotic/anti-biotic (1X final concentration, Gibco Catalogue #15240062).
