Growth protocol |
Cell line was grown in RPMI1640 medium supplemented with 10 % fetal bovine serum (FBS; Sigma, St Louis, MO), 100 units/ml of penicillin and streptomycin. Cultures were incubated at 37℃ in a humidified incubator at 5% CO2.

Extraction protocol |
For each experimental condition, total RNA was extracted from three independent sets of the corresponding cell lines using TRIzol Reagent (Invitrogen), followed by clean up on Ambion columns (Illumina Total-Prep RNA Amplification Kit, Ambion). For each experimental condition, an RNA pool was then obtained by mixing equal quantities of total RNA from each of the three independent RNA extractions. RNA quality control was performed with Bio-Rad Experion.
