Extraction protocol RNA was extracted through TRIzol-chloroform method and DNA removed through dsDNAse treatment. Up to 20 micrograms of RNA was sent for sequencing.

Raw counts for each sample were obtained using featureCounts v2.0.0
Differentially expressed genes were determined using DESeq2 v1.42.0

Supplementary files format and content: RawCounts_AllSamples.csv: CSV file containing raw gene counts for every gene and every sample
