Data processing |
The data were normalised using quantile normalization and variance stabilization using the lumi package in R. Probes were filtered from the full set of HT-12 probes based on the following criteria: 1) probes must have mapped (via blat) uniquely to the rhesus macaque genome (rheMac2) at 80% or greater identity; 2) probes must not have overlapped annotated segmental duplicates >1 kb in rhesus macaque; 3) probes must have exhibited evidence of detectable signal in at least one array sample (p < 0.001) compared to Illumina control probes.
