Treatment protocol |
Cells were treated with 4F (50ug/million cells) for 7 days. Controls were treated with medium alone for 7 days. On day 7, cells were treated with LPS (1ug/mL) for an additional 18 hrs.

Primary human monocytes were grown in RPMI medium for 7 days with/without treatment.

The data were analyzed using GeneSpring GX version 11.0.2 software using Affymetrix Exon Expression default settings using RMA16. A baseline transformation to the mean of the Control Samples (GD-C1, GD-C2, GD-C3, and GD-C4) was performed.
