Study: Metagenomic and metatranscriptomic sequencing of water from the anoxic hypolimnion of a freshwater lake
show Abstracthide Abstract
DNA and total RNA was extracted from water from of the anoxic hypolimnion of a freshwater lake in two years (2016, 2018). DNA was used for metagenomic sequencing (2x250 bp, Illumina HiSeq 2500). For metatranscriptome sequencing, total RNA was subjected to rRNA depletion followed by reverse transcription and sequencing of cDNA (1x150 bp, Illumina HiSeq 3000).
Sample: Ciliate transcriptome CT_01
