SRX20250389: siRNA sequencing of virus-infected strawberry plant
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 19.3M spots, 2.9G bases, 914.6Mb downloads

Design: Plant small RNA fraction was extracted with mirPremier microRNA Isolation Kit (SigmaAldrich, St. Louis, MI, USA) and processed with NEBNext Multiplex Small RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (NEB, Ippswitch, MA, USA)
Submitted by: Biology Centre CAS
Study: Insight into host response, genomic interactions and insect vector-mediated transmission of viral lineages during co-infection of a single plant
show Abstracthide Abstract
Qualitative and quantitative viral population dynamics, host antiviral response, and host-to-host transmission of distinct genotypes using high throughput sequencing, aphids-mediated transmission assays. A single strawberry plant, hosting three different RNA viruses from Rhabdoviridae (strawberry crinkle virus, strawberry virus 1) and Secoviridae (strawberry mottle virus) families is used as a model.
Sample: plant infected with strawberry mottle virus (Secoviridae, RNA1 B and C strains, RNA2 A nad C strains)
