Summary |
The goal of this study was to identify ERβ regulated genes in the triple negative MDA-MB-231 cell line which was engineered to express ERβ in a doxycycline inducible manner

Overall design |
ERβ expressing MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with either vehicle control or 17-beta estradiol for 5 days. Treatments were conducted in replicates of 3. Upon original analysis, replicate 3 from each treatment showed a slight variation from the other two replicates. For this reason, a second sample of RNA from replicate 3 was submitted and the values between the original sample (#3) and the resubmitted sample (#3 rpt) were averaged together and analyzed along with the other two replicates for each treatment.
