| Overall design |
Two weeks old seedlings were treated either with 100 nM PIP1 or PIP2 peptide (treated), while control plants were treated with MQ water and 0.02% Silwet L-77. Whole rosettes were harvested 3 hours after treatment using 3 biological replicaes per treatment.
