Hybridization was done as described in the manual: biotin-labeled single-stranded aRNA targets were mixed in the 250ul of the Hybridization Mix (Affymetrix Inc., P/N 900720) containing a Hybridization Controls and Control Oligonucleotide B2 (Affymetrix Inc., P/N 900454). Samples were hybridized to GeneChip Barley Genome Array (Affymetrix Inc., P/N 900515) for 16h at 45°C.
