1. The raw data of the spot density was extracted from Illumina BeadStudio software.
2. Check samples outlier.
3. The raw data filtering by the p-value 0.05 of each spot. If no one below p-value 0.05, the spot would be filtered out.
4. Quantile normalization for the filtering data.
5. Apply one-way ANOVA on the quantile normalization data to find out the significant gene data.
