Data processing |
The data were analyzed with Microarray Suite version 5.0 (MAS5) using Affymetrix default analysis settings and global scaling as normalization method. The trimmed mean target intensity of each array was arbitrarily set to 100. The data were also analyzed with Robust Multiarray Analysis (RMA) and GC Robust Multiarray Analysis (GCRMA) using GeneSpring GX 7.3 (Agilent Technologies). The RMA and GCRMA data are available as supplementary files to the Series record.
