Description |
This is a Comparative Genome Hybridization between the bioethanol diploid strain JAY270 and the reference laboratory strain FY86 which is isogenic to S288c. Note that the arrays used were designed based on the S288c genome.

Data processing |
The log2 R/G ratio for all probes in the arrays were collapsed to a single value in the case of repeated probes and normalized according to the median value for the entire array.
