Total RNA was extracted using Trizol reagent(Invitrogen,Camarillo,USA) following the manufacturer's instructions and purified with NucleoSpin? RNA clean-up (Macherey-nagel,Duren,Germany,Cat. No.740609.250). RNA purity and concentration were determined from OD260/280 readings using spectrophotometer (NanoDrop ND-1000) and RNA integrity was determined by 1.2% formaldehyde denaturing gel electrophoresis.
