1 μg of total RNA was used for reverse transcription into cDNAs according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Then, the cDNA was labeled with Cy3-dCTP and hybridized to the Agilent Human CBC lncRNA + mRNA microarray V4.0

The microarrays were washed and scanned using a G2505C Microarray Scanner (Agilent). Data were normalized and analyzed using GeneSpring software (Agilent).
