TW16-1263 and -1029 were sister NIL (BC6) derived from the cross between cultivars TN1 (recurrent parent) and Utri Merah (donor parent). TW16-1263 is susceptible to rice tungro spherical virus (RTSV), and TW16-1029 is resistant to RTSV.
